Wokabaut Wantaim

Wokabaut Wantaim tells the stories of Fred and Marcia Baker, from their childhoods in Lower Hutt and Halcombe through to their retirement together in Christchurch. Travelling together for almost sixty-three years as husband and wife, the book weaves together their adventures around New Zealand and abroad, guided by their love for their family, their many friends, and their faith. Expanding on and giving context to the stories already shared in You Go Where? and We All Got Off At The Hutt, this book isn’t just the story of Fred and Marcia’s lives - it is the stories of the places they lived and the people they met along the way. They hope that as you read their stories, you make your way through life with love, peace and joy, and share your own stories with those around you.
